Security Doors Warranty
All Kanvish security doors are covered by a 5-year structural warranty on frames and mechanisms. This includes:
- Frames and hinges
- Locks and latches
- Mesh and screening materials
- Operating mechanisms
Blinds & Shutters Warranty
Our roller shutters, plantation shutters, and blind systems are covered by a 5-year warranty on mechanical components and materials, including:
- Mechanisms and motors
- Slats and fabric
- Tracks and guides
- Hardware and fixings
Curtains Warranty
Curtain systems are covered by a 2-year warranty on mechanisms and fittings, including brackets, tracks, and operating systems.
Warranty Conditions
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Mechanical failure of components
- Hardware defects
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Damage from environmental factors (salt, extreme weather)
- Failure to perform recommended maintenance
- Installation or modification not carried out by Kanvish
Warranty Claims
